It's kinda surreal. The movement is smooth in some ways but really jerky and erratic in others. It looks like you had lots of extremes to work with and inbetweened only the expressions and a few movements. It has a certain kind of charm to it but it could be way better if it was more properly animated.

The lines are moving a bit too much, it's making it a bit difficult to read.

A couple of static parts, the lip sync on the frog is exaggerated and there could be more in-betweens.
