This is my first 11 Second Club entry, and character animation.

The child-character's back should be adjusted, as the stiffness is a bit distracting. I also notice some 'floating' with the limbs while the main character's talking with very evenly spaced keyframes. I recommend animating with stepped keys (so you can see the poses play out without fussing about in-betweens) and use a good ol' fashion timing charts and a stop watch to help you rough out some more deliberate action with a stronger accent.
