your animation floats everywhere, try to use pause beetween actions and improve liypsinc, now it's very poor. And add eye animation. It's very important because we look into the characters eyes)

Animation isn't bad but lip sync needs a lot of improvement.

the lip sync isn't there yet in fact in large amounts it doesn't exist. Try to have some moving holds in the spine instead of letting it float. Great setup and render but the actual fundamentals of the face and body could be improved. Would of loved to see a playblast with finished dialogue instead.
