My First Entry to The 11 Second Club, a guy consoles his lovesick friend over Coffee.

I guess you have a feeling for the shot, but the Characters are moving way too much

Nice hand movement on the character in the front, but it shouldn't be playing in a loop.

hold poses on the moving cup hand, the cup flying around is very distracting.

Not bad! I feel like there's a little too much bobbing up and down in the head, and too much opening and closing of the arms. It doesn't quite fit that audio that well. Otherwise you have some great expressions and a good sense of movement. Also, I couldn't help but notice the other guy is rubbing the glass with his middle finger extended and all the others curled back. This could've worked as a subtle gesture if you made him look annoyed at the guy giving advice, but that might not be suitable for this competition.

Best bit of advice I could give would be to try and hold certain poses for longer. Here the character is constantly moving around and makes it hard to watch. The move from F0 - F29 could be much simpler. Move to F79 needs toning down a lot, especially considering he's holding a cup! (maybe hold that hand still there and let the left hand make the small gesture. F 134 is OK but you need to move to it a bit more gently, again watching the cup hand. 'exactly what you are' part is mostly unnecessary movement. F223 thoughtful moment is good, but then the 'good mood bad mood' part (actually all the way up to the end) is way too much movement again. Consider resting the cup hand down on the table for the most part and if you really want to gesture with that hand have it leave the cup on the table. The other guy works well not being too distracting but the feeling of the cup rim, although OK, maybe needs to change at some point and the finger need better contact with the cup.

if he anything in that cup hes waving around, it'd be all over the walls by now. try to tone down the big sways of movement. I enjoy the contrast between the two characters.
