Bad Moments

The character here is very sad, and he is trying to force himself of what he doesn't want for the good of his beloved person.
He is tired, helpless, and hopes that she doesn't listen to him, because she is the love of his life.

If you do the head only, lip-sync should be better. Also the eyes move randomly, there's no direction at all.

If you;re going to do only a facial animation, you really have to make sure that the lip-sync is pretty spot on. Nice idea though!

As far as talking heads go, this one seems rather loose. Some of the facial movements need tightening up and the lip sync needs some working. This doesn't constitute full character animation though, so it's not very appropriate for the competition.
