Not bad. I like the movement and how the one giving advice is kneeling down. The expressions work pretty well too, though he looks angry from frame 207 to 231.
I'm not sure what's going on with the story though. Either the balding guy really likes that teddy bear or he's part cat. Maybe he's protecting his "precious" or something. If that's what you were going for maybe adding a crazed look and fidgeting to the balding man would convey that better. Either way, animation on the speaker is pretty solid.
