Watch the intersections and try to polish your animation.

Some of the movements feel a little off, like at the end when both arms move together and bob up and down, but some of it works since he's talking to a child, especially the poking and the whimsical hand flare. The expressions are pretty great too. With some tweaking and tightening up this would be excellent.
