Needs a lot more acting. Having the elbows and hands locked onto the table really limits everything and makes the posing feel awkward throughout. Likewise, the face needs more articulation, particularly in the eyes and eyebrows. By far the best thing about this piece is the lip sync, which is pretty spot on.

Unglue his hands... They don't need to wave around but move a finger or two...

He never blinks! His eyes are very cross eyes, highly distracting. The hands are dead and never move, try to ease it up with a bit more movement in the body.

avoid cross-eyes, if the person he's talking to is across the table his eyes should focus on that instead of directly in front of his face.
