I like the idea, but the lipsync is a bit off and the cutout wings are just not working...

Too soon man, too soon. haha kidding. The movements and facial expressions are nice, maybe make them pop a bit more? Like make the transitions between gestures a bit faster to really emphasize the dialogue in a couple spots.
