Love the concept! Great animation work as well!
Might be a nice moment if you allowed the guy talking to realize it's his own body. Maybe show a little fear, then have him look at his hands as he fades away/flies up.

when he says "always" there is a jerk in his left hand. add cushion in his hands . when he point out gun to dead character can you improve the grip of left hand. but over all i like his acting , nice animation .
