Block out your animation in stepped curves. Start by concentrating on strong poses and timing. Manually key in the in-betweens. Don't let the computer control the rig too much.

Lip-syncing needs improvement. Maybe also take your character out of IK Arm.

I like it, just don't have the guy move so much. It's kinda distracting
