It has some strong moments. And the throwing the object at the camera and playing with perspective was cool. I feel like if you held the pose after he threw the bag a bit longer so you kept it throughout "the sanctimonious lecture" and then leaned in at the same time he says "YOU" it would feel a lot more impactful. Also feel like when he says "Ya basic" the hand motion could be made a little more swift and powerful. Now it looks more like he's making that steretypical Italian hand motion while explaining something. More energy to that motion and the insult would be more powerful. (hope that makes sense) Also try to not immediately pull the finger back at the same pace as you push it forward at the end. If you had that finger lingering before pulling it back it might feel more natural.

looks like you had a good lip sync going but maya wasn't showing you a real time render. I would advise always testing out your lip sync by doing a low quality render occasionally.
