The movements are pretty stiff. I would find a tutorial on YouTube and see if you can find better ways to express emotion.

Block out your animation in stepped curves. Start by concentrating on strong poses and timing. Manually key in the in-betweens. Don't let the computer control the rig too much. Think about your camera angle.
