the guy on the lefts movements are too quick and jerky to be seen as fluent. other than that its great!

The animation itself is not very bad, but those quick in-betweens feel out of place with the mood you're trying to set. In a scene where someone is robbing someone else, those quick, flailing movements make it feel like he lost his balance and he's trying to not let the other person see, which is a feel I don't think you were trying to go for.

I love the animation, i wouldnt use the snappy cartoony movement there, theres a time and a place for everything

Apart from those snappy movements when he goes backfrom the bag to the locker and when he drops the bag down and holds the bald guys face in his hands everything looks good.
