Good setup, nice staging, but all the animation moves quickly between poses... not a lot of variety in the timing

The over exaggeration of this animation does not work. Minimize the movement and your animation will be more successful.

They really don't need to move their heads that much, a little subtlety goes a long way. Save the big movements for where you want the audiences attention. Framing on must is odd your losing the brown horse way over on screen right.
