Very good, lifelike motion, not exaggerated or dramatic like so much is. The elbow moving up onto the back cushion at 179 feels a bit slide-y. I think he should have maybe supported himself with that hand for a moment while he sat up. On that same character, I think the feet/legs curling up onto the couch look a bit robotic, like it needs to organic lead-in, follow though, and then maybe adjusting (like it wasn't immediately perfect, he has to adjust slightly to get comfortable). Aside from those things, I don't see why this should be too far from perfect!
