This is a really good start, some of the arm movements move in a linear fashion from point a to b--maybe give it more interest by animating on arcs!

The Lip sync is really good but the body movements are too smooth possibly adding more sharper movements to really sell the audio.

Really well animated. Just wish you had used something other than a photo for the background. A cartoon or stylized painted background would've worked better. Still..the animation, body language, facial expressiveness, lip syncing, really well done. Top Ten this month.
