Lots of personality to find here. Very natural, subtle character movement. Only thing motion wise I think could be improved is a little more variation in facial expression. Well done.

I really like the shaking hand on the walking stick. Nice touch! Some actions, especially the hand on the shoulder feel a bit weightless. Otherwise great job!

This is getting there. You should work more on overlapping action. For example, the punch seems to just drive its self. Try to put the body into that motion. Take some reference and study it.
