I find some movement in your animation a bit too stiff like the cat's head movement at the end. The animation should be reworked a bit to make it smoother. Otherwise, don't forget to remove all the elements of the Maya interface before rendering your animation!

I'm not really convinced at the pulling motion. The characters feel disconnected and there's not a sense of weight or contact there.

I like the staging, it's clear the grown man is preoccupied and has no time for this. Other than that, the animation is lacking in some principles, but at least it's not bad, so good job on that!
