I find your animation interesting, but also your light placement which is really good with the shadow on the wall!

Pretty funny, i think that although they don't technically move, i still feel like the lower body could still move somehow to make it seem more realistic.

I like the guy's animation, the staging is pretty clear with his facial expressions and body language, with a bit more time and polishing I'm sure this would be a winner!
