i like the facials but other than some shoulders mouvement the bodies are kind of statics so it make me think you have to improve the general mouvement of your animation. And the background don't fit that much with the character.

I think a little more movement in your animation could improve this one. Your lipsync seems good to me and for what is animated it is very fluid!
