Clever approach. Timing is too fast and too stilted. Perhaps even just holding some frames on twos or threes could help a lot. It seems like there is too much motion being crammed into too short of a time at points; in the beginning with the eye and when he pulls up his legs especially.

I really like how you did your perspectives, really fun. And some nice exaggerations and movement. Plus a really nice story telling.
