The animation itself is very smooth. I have two critiques. Some of the lip sync doesn't completely match up to the audio and the characters feel like they freeze in place when they're not moving from one pose to the next. I would have small action to give them more life(like having them blink or the teacher having a finger tapping on her arm as she's talking to the girl).

Backgrounds and characters are well designed and detailed, however if you want to pursue character animation I recommend working with simpler characters and pushing expression/movement!
