the characters are well designed and the amazingly expressive -- the smugness on the second character's face is particularly great. I think this has a great shot at getting in the top 3

Something about the first half of your animation feels better to me than the latter half. The subtle motions in the beginning feel more realistic.

Grandma was great. The girl seemed to move too much for what she was saying... too much motion with the hair didn't feel natural.
