the lipsync on the first character seems to be a bit delayed, and their body motions are over-acted/exaggerated. The second character is well animated, has good lipsync, and the story concept is very interesting.

"5 years" seems quite delayed/behind the audio.
The initial pose also makes sense in hindsight, but it's not immediately clear that she's hiding/is afraid. More turning away, wincing, flinching, or slowly moving away might help convey the idea.
Miming out "5 years" with 5 fingers also seems a little unnecessary

Expressions and models were solid. Good animation. I would have slowed up and held the moment a little bit more right at the end while she's dropping the chemical. Speed up to poor and slow down to drop it.
