The establishing shot could have been way shorter and move to the money OTS shot in order to exaggerate the lovely facial animation you've done for the guy (We don't need to see his hands and that type of performance...you could have gone for a close-up of the waiter to get a wildly annoyed or worried reaction from her). Time is money! Milk every moment for what you can get from it!

The shading is a little weird, but the background is cool. The movements blend together, but are a little robotic. The gestures are good and I like how the waitress isn't static. Nice work!
