I love this! The basic color and environment elements make it feel like a nice level of finished.
My one critique would be that the timing on his arm motions feels a little bit too linear, if that makes sense. Like it feels to me there should be a little more slowing and speeding up, maybe holding longer at the most extended points to make those poses hit harder visually.
Overall though I really like the way it turned out, I think you figured out how to do his mouth movements in a way that's not distracting or awkward. Good work!
