The motion is a bit too snappy and chirpy for the mood of the animation. It's ok to have a bit but try and change the tempo and mood with some slower subtle moves that fit the tone of the piece.

Poses are fairly strong, but I think there are too many poses for dialogue this short. Heads are bobbling back and forth—is this a bit over-acted?
