Blinks are hard to do, and hard to do right, and I respect the animator for trying to incorporate it into the movement, but I think it is done too much.

I'll admit that I tend to have characters blink when I don't know what to do, but what I try to do is let the eyebrows lead.

I also think the girl's hair should bob a little when she talks, to sell the sort of mechanics/weight.
