It looked good, but the words never seemed like they were coming from the guy - hard to explain; something was missing.

Try not to include an acting moment with each and every beat, the animation can look crowded and complicated, and possibly over worked. I like the keep alive on the ninja though, fingers espeically!

I really don't think the first couple of seconds of the ninja were necessary?? I like the ninja's expression and reaction to the booger flick... which is a very interesting acting choice... ?...

Maybe just a little bit over the top? The lip sync is so-so and the hand gestures are well animated, but quite annoying.
