Pretty good animation! My only 2 suggestions would be to work more on the lip sync and to maybe add just a tad of movement during his holds, or pauses. The holds and pauses themselves are good but I think he's a little too still, if you just add a little bit of movement it would look even better than it already does. Good job :)

But it is very pose to pose. lacks drama. You can blend your acting a bit more and fine-tune it further.

Lovely, though the lip sync needs more 'punch'/exaggeration, and be sure to use the eye brows to give him come life!

It's a good performance overall, though the hand gestures could be toned down in the middle. I like the sync and the concern the speaker has. I also like the direct eye contact.
