Really good animation! My critique--and it's really nitpicking--is that the lip sync's timing is just a tad off: when he says "sleeping" you could probably move his "p" shape just 1-2 frames earlier. Same with the "f" shape in "off". But I mean, that's it, this really turned out great overall.

I love the secondary action on the hands. The camera DOF effect seems to be a little off. I'd way fix that so that his face is in focus, before adding this to your demo reel.
