Nice animation here! The problem with it though is that the energy of the character is much higher than the energy of the voice.

I think that your animation is pretty good, I'd just tone down the movement a bit. It seems a little over active for the dialogue... but otherwise, good job!

Looks like your were struggling with figuring out what he should do behind the desk. I think next time you should film yourself doing mundane things that a person would do... like typing, filing papers, using a calculator, getting off the phone, etc.
