I like the emotions it portrays but it feels a bit unfinished, like there's key poses but not many other poses or holds in between. Other than that it looks like you were on the right track!

The turning of the wheelchair is nicely done, as is the first cut to the M2shot. But the position of the speaking character at F204 is not great because he appears to be looking BEHIND the seated character, and therefore, all emotion is lost. The concept is good and the lip sync is decent (some additional polishing is needed).
