Heya, great shot! The "pick up & catch" of the shovel is what really put me over the top! Just try to add a little more "moving hold" in between poses. So it doesn't fall too "dead" in the body, pose-to-pose. Great work!

Nice composition, overall. The rack focus at the end is a little abrupt. The sync is pretty good, as is his handling of the shovel.
