I like how well this animation matches the dialogue. The character looks like this could actually be his voice and like he's in the right mood to say it in that manner. The smoking animation seems a bit too abrupt, but otherwise, it looks good!

Nice staging... and creativity! A little poppy in places... just needs work on the body mechanics. This one definitely has potential.

Watch your spacing here. Break it up a bit so all the parts don't end up at the same place at the same time. The inhale is a nice touch.
