Texture is good, but the motion is incredibly mushy. Not sure if that was the intention but arcs/limbs are breaking throughout the follow through. Lip sync needs another good pass.

wow.. that has got some punch in it... Superb animation. how well you have synced each and every dialogue hits with your acting and smooth curves is a treat to watch.
Only complain might be, - energy and pace of your animation sometimes exceeds the audio pace. But that gets overshadowed buy the superb acting.

He says "You're better off not knowing" and then gives him a picture to look at. I'm lost on the concept, and I completely missed the "sliding of the envelope" across the table upon first viewing. I love the expression at F176, but the B in "better" is completely lost on the lean in, and F198 is a strange "F" sound. The sync, overall, needs quite a bit of polishing, and some of the gestures and movements seem extremely forced and rushed - (his left hand goes from his chin to the table top in only 4 frames). There's much to like here, but it's a bit of an untamed animation at the moment.
