I think your trying to force an idea to dialogue that doesn't match. If you really want him to turn into the Hulk, I would wait after the dialogue. His voice is too calm the entire time. I also think the posing of your character at times could improve. Overall, I like your piece!

I thought you used your already done animation (certainly well done!) and you just added the"lipsync"..because to be honest the rest of animation doesn't fit to the rhythm of sounds and to your lipsync....am I right?
