not enough motion or expression its very linear

The animation looks very nice and cohesive, but the movements seem very puppet-like in the sense that the mouth moves independently of the rest of the face and the limbs seem to act independently as well. Having more follow-through, such as the motion starting in a certain place like the shoulder and carrying the attached pieces with it, would make the character feel much more alive--coupled with some more dynamic poses.
