The motions seem to happen much too quickly and they end rather abruptly. I think separating your extreme poses a bit would help as well as maybe cutting out some motions so there's more room to play with the timing. The poses themselves seemed well done, though I think the characters' spines could be adjusted so the poses have more of an overall direction. Nicely done, though! :)
