you're overacting the dialogue; especially during the beginning.

you have changed the audio somehow its in slow motion, rules clearly state no extra sound effects only add silence in the beginning or the end

Your poses were very dynamic and enjoyable, but the transitions between them--especially while he's standing and moving his arms--feels a bit linear and evenly-paced. Emphasizing the arcs of the limbs and changing up the transition speeds between poses would really help the overall rhythm of the animation, but all-in-all this is very well done! :)

Breaking the 180 degree rule here... try to keep the camera on the same side of the "line" between the actors.
Also it seems like the audio has been slowed down a bit :/
