The acting in this is terrific! The subtle pacing really conveys the character's thought process. My main criticism is of the lip-syncing at the beginning. It seems out of time, though it fixes itself in the middle and then loses its synchronization again towards the end. Overall this is very well done!

Character actions and lip sync are really good. It has good flow in the movements. But the left hand keeps doing the same action again and again.

I like your animation, especially on the monster, but your camera is way off an would love to see it properly rendered, I think your lip sync was great and motion was natural looking too. I think the walking is very distracting, especially as he has large feet, but again camera work would sort this out. Animation is nice very nice in my opinion

to be honest, the main character feels like it is a man in uniform rather then a monster/creature. although, it is well animated. the camera work needs more improvement; such as, camera cuts here and there.
