The character actions are really good but the lip sync is not. It looks like you have covered the mouth with that paper to reduce your work.

I think maybe it would be fine to see him talking at the beginning.

He is very lively. I like the eyebrows quickly moving up and then down right before he says "enabling". I find the piece of paper moves around too much in the second half.
