The lip-syncing seems to be a bit late for the first half of the animation or so, which distracts from the wonderful subtleties of the body motions, which seem very organic and realistic--especially the palm pressing against the glass. That was a great touch.

very nice animation. Delay the "handicap" jaw movement,- It should close 4 frames later. I would suggest you to change the shape of the eye according to the character's dialogue intensity. Right now it very monotonous. Expressions can be pushed a bit more may be. But overall very well done.
