Nice and simple. I would offset the arm movements to avoid twinning and add a bit more fluidity to his head movements.

your missing key poses to make the voice sound real, your body motions are too linear and there needed to be more motion added, a better storytelling would have helped

This is very nicely done! I think the biggest thing that's holding it back at this point is that there isn't a lot of variation present. The mouth movements just involve the jaw opening and closing in a lot of places, so posing the lips would help a lot there, as well as moving the eyes and brows to emote with the mouth, effectively connecting the parts of the face together. Some more extreme poses would really sell his emotions and actions as well. :)
