I love the idea and the fluidity of the movements! I feel like some of the movements in the beginning seem a bit fast, but other than that nit-picking, this is superb!

Character body movements, poses are all good. But you could focus more on the lip sync part. Glassy in the front are actually disturbing(my personal feel).

Good use of the glasses, keeping his eyes visible most of the time! The lip sync could use some work
