Needs more holds and body movement.

The lip sync is pretty good in my opinion and some of the larger motions looked pretty nice. I would say that the actions, particularly with the hands and head could use a little more urgency to them.

Animation is floating...stick on the basic principles

It's pretty good although a problem I have with the animation is that the character seems to always be moving to a pose at the same slow speed. Maybe some pauses and a change of speed would improve this.
