Needs more in betweens! Love the detail of the noose in the background.

-The rocking motion at the beginning is good to establish that they are moving however, it stops abruptly soon after.
The character are stiff, and the wagon wheels are going haywire in the shot.
I however do like their expressions, and it seems as though you concentrated alot more on some parts than the other, maybe have the prisoner move a bit like he is restless? Give the driver a little more action, maybe whipping the reins a bit?
