Nice background effect! I would recommend going for some bigger motions, start them by moving parts of the torso first and then working to the arms and hands, same with the torso -> neck -> head. Also I like the characters breathing, that was a nice detail!

It needs some improvements, like the body movements appear to be very stiff and the facial expressions needs work too, because we can't tell what emotions does these characters are telling us.
