The art/design is lovely, but the animation is too choppy and lacks smoothness. I say work on that last one.

cool design ! I am not sure about your camera work.. some bits works great (and it must have been quite challenging to do in 2d) but some other add more confusion than clarity.. love the colors and the last pose with the strong foreshortening on the feet !
